GMB’s pay ballot covering all workers across Local Government, Schools and Academies that follow National Joint Council (NJC Green Book) pay, terms and conditions is now open.

The National Employers (NJC) have made a full and final pay offer for 2024/25.

GMB members across England, Wales & Northern Ireland have voted to reject the 2023/24 Local Government pay offer.
