Dear Colleagues

As you are aware, GMB is conducting a consultative ballot of members as the company said it planned to remove enhanced pay for Outages.

This is not just an attack on Outage Agreement, but a breach of the 3-year pay deal and the Company Agreement.

This is about all our Agreements with EDF - past, present and future. It is about integrity and keeping your word. It is about honouring what you have signed up to.

EDF Generation think that they can get away with picking and choosing which Agreements they honour and which they chuck in the bin.

Since GMB announced its Consultative Ballot, the company has asked to meet all the Unions on 25th October. We will let you know if anything comes out of that meeting. In the meantime, you have until noon on Monday, 6th November to cast your vote.

Defend your agreements on pay. Above all, make sure you vote and have your say!
