Your Field Force DOF Reps met with the company on Wednesday, 15th November, to continue engagement over our Field Force pay submission, which has been on-going for some time.

After little movement from the company over the previous months the Director of Operations, Ed Syson, attended the meeting to move the negotiations forward at pace.

We conducted constructive discussions concerning our pay submission and the company's requirements to sustain the business moving forward, which, inevitably, have taken some time.

There has been significant movement from the original position set out by the company during this meeting, which we see as positive. The company have engaged us regarding potential cost savings and productivity measures, which we have agreed to expand upon at a further meeting on the 22nd of November.

We expect to reach a full and final offer for the consideration of our members at this meeting. Therefore, we are required to hold back on the finer details of the proposals at this time, but will be in a position to release more detailed information next week.
