Date set for Uber Court of Appeal hearing
Uber’s court of appeal hearing set for 31 October and 1 November
This case is important to workers in many spheres and hopefully will solidify the various work types within the UK, says GMB London
GMB, the union for taxi and professional hire drivers, have commented on the announcement that Uber’s Court of Appeal hearing will take place on 31 October and 1 November 2018. [See notes to editors for previous GMB press releases on Uber]
